Kind Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest control services in the Raleigh-Durham Triangle area of North Carolina. Services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Appointments and Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If pests return between scheduled visits, we will return and re-treat at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to active service plan customers. One-time treatments carry a 30-day re-service guarantee.

Payment

Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payment. Overdue accounts may be subject to a late fee and suspension of service.

Access to Property
